Who We Are
Être is a mentorship platform that refuses to underestimate you. At all. Whether you’re in middle school, high school or just starting college, you know what resonates with you. Être helps you stay true to the things you love by offering free resources, female role models and in-person visits to on-trend companies you pick. Our Board is 100% girls and our mentors are leaders in STEM, sports, finance, news & more. You should definitely meet them.
Être means “To Be” - we help girls figure out who they want to be. How? By linking to smart resources that keep you close to what you love. By bringing you inside companies that matter to you (think Spotify, Google, YouTube, NYSE) and introducing you to the female leaders who work there. Because someday you may want to do what they do…and imagining a future is way easier with examples. That’s why we do what we do.
